Return Policy

-If you’re looking to return or exchange your purchase for whatever reason, we offer returns or exchanges within 10 days of purchase. Returns must be accompanied with your receipt*. Any products that are eligible for return can be returned for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

*Exceptions are Sewing Machine attachements, Consumables items (Best Press, Oil, KK2000, Spray’s etc.) Special Orders, Open packages, Software, Books, Patterns and Cut Items cannot be RETURNED or EXCHANGED.

-There is a 15% restocking fee on all hardlines* opened or not. This covers the fees incurred in processing the return.

*Hardlines consist of Sewing Machines, Cabinets, Casses and Tables

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• Returned items must still be in original packaging.
• Any shipping fees are not refundable.
• Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay.

There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy
